When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you have have left comments, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information

Will only be held and used for the purpose for which is was supplied. Contact information will be required should you hire services from us and will be held electronically for the time of the  contract and for the time required by law. We use Xero for accountancy purposes and information regarding transactions is securely held by this service.

Our computers and other devices are protected by password.
