Following a career in private sector businesses, a not-for-profit organisation, and just a brief spell in the public sector, I gained experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines, from event planning to brochure production, social media and content writing for both digital and print media.
My experience has been gained with companies with multiple brands, new brand/product launches, and existing brands that have been neglected for a variety of reasons.
Many businesses, especially smaller companies with a limited budget, sometimes just need someone to assist with their marketing processes, brand guidelines, plans and timetables incorporating flexibility for changing times, opinions and unforeseen events, to set them on the right path. Alternatively, someone helping with social media, blog posts or a specific project that keeps getting pushed aside, can be just what you need. And, of course, dealing with other agencies, website updates, printers, or entering industry awards, all of which can be time-consuming and be overlooked in favour of other day to day business needs.
